Crucial Services

In order to work in the department there are several crucial service you might need to activate. Since often they are not explicitily here a basic list

Firma Digitale

You might need to digitally sign some document, typically exams results.
You can request the signature here:
https://asit.unipd.it/servizi/firma-elettronica-spid (I did not find it in English)
The signature requires a 2FA authentication (a mobile app)

• you need to go in person to an office to register
• In the past you needed a token generator, nowadays it is all over mobile
• You need the FD to sign exams
• You can test the FD on Uniweb

Exams-Uniweb

In order to organize exams you are supposed to open an "appello" .
This can be done on the platform uniweb:
https://uniweb.unipd.it
On Uniweb you can:

• Open exam dates
• Register marks of students
• Manage thesis student
• Test the firma digitale
